Basic Functions

This position primarily processes Accounts Payable for our three manufacturing facilities, remote sales and engineering offices, and our administrative office. Major responsibilities of Accounts Payable processing include: Processing vendor invoices, expense reports, and purchasing card transactions; ensuring timely payments to vendors; and maintaining all facets of the accounts payable system.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Two years of general accounting or business experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.

Preferences

  • Experience with SAP
  • Associates of Bachelors' Degree in Business or Finance
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to Safety
  • Organized, goal-oriented, results driven candidate with focus on continuous improvement
