 BASIC FUNCTIONS: 

Responsibilities of the District Sales Manager may include but are not limited to:

  • Grow and maintain relationships with Key and Target accounts in the region
  • Locate new strategic sales opportunities; selling deeper in the channel to market
  • Accurately forecast customer activity with an eye on industry trends
  • Partner with Inside Sales Representatives to proactively solve problems and ensure alignment to company goals

Job Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree AND two years of experience in outside sales in an industrial sales-related field including experience with customer
  • OR ten years experience in outside sales in an industrial sales-related field

PREFERENCES:

  • Sales or leadership experience in steel or steel products industry
