BASIC FUNCTIONS: 

 

  • Possesses ability to manage multiple customer accounts on the Inside Sales desk
  • Demonstrates responsive service and rapport with customers and teammates
  • Models strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy, especially order entry
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal: able to effectively communicate via telephone, email, and in person with  customers, Operations, Shipping, Credit, and the Quality department with a goal of maintaining efficient processes in all aspects involving the customer
  • Exhibits good judgment and relationship building in customer service, exemplifying organizational and time management skills; shows the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, accurately managing tasks to completion
  • Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively (team environment) to accomplish assignments with minimal supervision
  • Occasional travel required
  • Must be able to work weekends and extended shifts as needed
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; 4-yrs relevant professional experience in lieu of educational requirement
  • Microsoft Office experience
