Nucor Steel Seattle, Inc. is looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team.  The successful candidate will become the point of reference for coworkers and customers, by providing relevant feedback and information to facilitate the sales team’s activities.

Basic Functions:

The sales coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining pricing in the ERP system as communicated by the outside and inside sales team, maintaining price pages, inter-company sales, distributing relevant customer documentation, and ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. In addition to the primary tasks, the sales coordinator assists the sales department with reporting, incoming phone calls, handling the overflow of orders and loads with accuracy and timeliness, as well as aiding in the preparation and organization of promotional material and events. This role also provides support for production scheduling and other department needs.

Job Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Inside Sales in the steel business or similar field
  • College degree or equivalent experience in related field
